FAQ For Buyers

1. How long will it take to buy a place?
This varies greatly, but most of our clients successfully purchase a place within a few months.

2. How many places should I look at?

This varies greatly, but we find that most people look at between 4-8 places before buying one they like. Many have bought within 1-2 showings!  Our thorough needs analysis and buyer consultation reduces the number of showings required. There are some instances where there will be a high number of showings before a purchase is made, but those situations are rare.

3. What do I need to get started?
The market moves fast. You will need a mortgage pre-approval and access to your deposit/down payment. It is highly recommended to get a mortgage pre-approval through our mortgage broker. If you are getting the down payment through the sale of your current home, then we can come up with a plan for that.

4. How much is commission to buy?
99% of the time the seller or builder pays the fee! You are free to pay us extra if you like, but it’s not necessary.

5. Do you have any reviews?
Yes! 26 perfect 5 star google reviews and counting.

6. How long have you been doing this for?
I have been selling real estate full-time since late 2012.

7. What makes you different from the other 50,000+ agents?
Passionate professional: I do this because I like it, which translates into better results for you. Real estate was my first career choice, not 2nd, 3rd or even 4th.

Knowledge and experience: Close to 10 years of experience including working for one of the top new home sales and marketing companies in the city.

Results: See our google reviews to see what clients are saying.

8. Can I trust you?
I’m in this for the long term. I always do what’s in the best interests of clients. I know that if I do good work for you I will win your future business and referrals which is much more valuable to me than one deal. Besides I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I didn’t do what was right.
